MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS: You must attend a new member orientation meeting where you will:

Submit this completed application form.
Show proof of current NRA membership (NRA Membership card or address label from the NRA magazine may be used).
Show proof of formal training or previous experience in the safe use of firearms.
Pay membership fees/dues by Paypal.

A tour of the ranges and orientation will then be conducted. After successful completion of these requirements, you will receive a membership card, card holder, & gate combination to the range.

I further understand and agree that use of this facility is entirely at my own risk, that I assume all risk and danger incidental to any activity conducted on Club property. These risks include but are not limited to errant or misguided objects of competition or Acts of God. I hereby release the Volusia County Gun & Hunt Club, participants, property owners, and all agents thereof from any and all liability that may occur while I am at this range. I understand that I am responsible for my personal safety, the safety of my family and the safety of my guests. This application does not convey any rights or privileges relating to membership in the Volusia County Gun & Hunt Club unless and until the application is approved by the Board of Directors. Your membership may be cancelled at any time for not adhering to the club rules or committing a gross safety violation.
